Refunds May Be Requested If:
1. The product is severely damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size or design). 2. The item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging. 3. The request is submitted within 3 calendar days after receiving the item. 4. You provide photo/video unboxing proof to support your claim.
Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:
1. The item is custom-made/personalized (custom sizes or designs). 2. The item has been used, washed, or damaged after receipt. 3. The request is made more than 3 days after the product was delivered. 4. Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display.
Refund Process:
1. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for refund. 2. Provide photo/video proof of the item and its packaging. 3. If approved, return the product to our address (return shipping may apply). 4. Refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
Processing Time:
Refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment method.
