Exchange Policy
General Policy
At Mino Carpet, we want every rug and mat to feel just right in your space. If something isn't quite what you expected, we’re here to help. You may request an exchange under the conditions below:
Items Eligible for Exchange
We accept exchange requests if:
1. The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong design or size based on your order).
2. The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
3. The request is submitted within 3 calendar days after receiving the product.
4. You can provide unboxing photo/video proof to support your claim.
Items Eligible for Exchange
We are unable to accept exchanges for:
1. Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom sizes, colors, or designs).
2. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
3. Minor color variation due to screen or lighting differences.
4. Requests made after 3 calendar days of product receipt.
How to Request an Exchange
1. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email, with your order number and reason for exchange.
2. Send clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
3. Once approved, ship the item back to our address (return shipping fee may apply).
4. We will send the replacement once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Processing Time:
Exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
